با خرید IBM TS4300 Tape Library، می توان مقیاس پذیری را افزایش داد، مدیریت را آسان نمود، ذخیره داده‌ها را به صورت طولانی مدت انجام داد و هزینه‌های مربوط به ظرفیت Data Center را کاهش داد. شرکت کوشا فناوران مبتکر با فروش این دستگاه به کاربران این قابلیت را می دهد که ظرفیت کارتریج و درایو خود را تا حداکثر 280 کارتریج LTO افزایش دهند. همچنین TS4300 به گونه ای طراحی شده است که امکان استفاده بصورت Rackmount و Desktop را دارد.

IBM TS4300 با استفاده از استاندارد Linear Tape File System (LTFS)، فایل سیستم را روی یک tape library قرار می‌دهد و با خرید این دستگاه می توان موارد استفاده از مزایای بایگانی داده‌ها را بهبود می‌بخشد. همچنین LTFS باعث می‌شود دسترسی به حافظه و داده‌های ذخیره شده در نوار آسان تر شود.
